Construction began this week on the Highway 7 twinning project from Saskatoon to Vanscoy, marking the third twinning project to begin in Saskatchewan this season. In addition to Highway 7, twinning projects are underway on Highway 16 east of Saskatoon and Highway 39 from Bienfait to Estevan.
