Specification 4230 for Engineered Seal Coat was revised following the completion of the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure’s initial Engineered Seal Coat contract, which was completed earlier this year. Revisions were a result of items learned from the initial contract and industry feedback. The revisions to the specification are generally minor in nature and may be summarized as follows:
