Shantel Lipp responds to online comments

In August, the Regina Leader-Post wrote an article that said the City of Regina was deliberately competing against local industry and called on the city to change how it deals with road construction and the selling of recycled products.

In response to comments from readers that contractors fear competition, SHCA president Shantel Lipp wrote a letter to the Regina Leader-Post to set the record straight.
