ALERT: Revised Progressive Estimate Template and Quantity and Cost Sheet with PST
Please be advised that an additional version of the Progressive Estimate Template and Quantity & Cost Sheet has been posted to the Doing Business with the Ministry website to be used on all contracts executed on or after April 1, 2017.
These updates will address recent changes to the PST.

These documents are effective immediately and can be located on the Ministry’s website under Doing Business with MHI.
Make it a habit to always pull a new template off the Ministry website to ensure you have the most current edition of the file.
